We are an intimate, boutique guest house offering first class accommodations in the home of a 19th century sea captain.
We designed The Arrival to be the culmination of all the things we love, and we hope you will too. Experience history while staying in one of our suites, where lives have ebbed and flowed for 150 years. Get back to nature exploring Bell’s Neck Conservation Land, right outside our front steps. Paddle the Herring River, bike to the beach, or spend a few hours relaxing in our garden and outdoor spaces.

We are located in West Harwich, less than a mile from the beach, perfectly situated to experience all that Cape Cod has to offer. With fifteen unique towns to explore, there’s something for everyone!

Vacations are always better when your pup can come along! We’re dog (and cat!) people, so we are excited to invite you to bring your fuzzy family member. Right now we have one pet friendly room that can accommodate up to two four-legged guests.
